About · Muscat, Oman

We build the half ofthe job nobody sees

Approvals that sit in an inbox. Month-end reconciled by hand. The spreadsheet three people are frightened to touch. Baseerah builds the systems that take that work off a team — and hands them over so the team can run them.

What we are

An engineering team, not a reseller

Baseerah designs and builds agentic AI and automation systems — systems that think, act, and keep tuning themselves once they are live.

That runs from intelligent ERP and CRM platforms through to custom software and cloud infrastructure. Most of it starts in the same place: a team in Muscat doing work by hand that a system should have been doing for years, and no obvious moment to stop and fix it.

We are not reselling somebody else’s platform with a configuration layer on top. The work is engineering — read the process, model it honestly, build against how the business actually runs rather than how the org chart says it does, and leave behind something the team can operate without us.

Based in
Muscat, Oman — and the systems are built for how business is run here.
Built for
SMEs that have outgrown spreadsheets without growing an IT department.
Scope
Discovery to handover. One team reads the work, builds it, and hands it over.

The bench

Built in Muscat, staffed from wherever the specialist is

An OCR system for the Omani dialect needs somebody who can argue about Arabic orthography. A multi-agent research platform needs somebody who has shipped one before. Those two people are almost never in the same city, and waiting until they are is how projects take a year.

So the bench is distributed and the delivery is not. Whoever is on your build works your hours, in your language, and the account you talk to is in Muscat.

How we are set up

Four things that hold whatever the project turns out to be

  • 01

One team from first call to handover

The people who read your workflow are the people who build against it. Nothing is re-explained to a delivery team that was not in the room.

  • 02

The runbook ships with the system

What it does, what breaks it, and how to fix that at 9pm without us. A system nobody but its author can operate is half a system.

  • 03

    Nothing is held hostage

Source, credentials, infrastructure and documentation are yours from day one. Leaving should cost you a conversation, not a rebuild.

  • 04

We turn down work we would do badly

If automation is the wrong answer, or the process needs fixing before anything is built on it, that is what you will be told.
