Agentic AI
assistants
Agents that run client comms, reporting and scheduling on their own.
Baseerah builds agentic AI, ERP and automation systems for Oman’s SMEs — cutting manual work and turning business data into decisions you can move on.
Services
01 · AI-powered assistants
Custom assistants handle client communication, report generation and scheduling — so the team spends its attention on the work only people can do.
Everything outbound is written and waiting. You approve in a click, or edit — and the assistant learns the correction.
Pricing exceptions, complaints and anything unfamiliar stop and wait for a person. Routine work doesn't.
02 · Business process automation
Manual work in data entry, approvals, reporting and reconciliation is where the hours go. We build the systems that remove it — cutting error rates alongside the time.
Scanned PDFs, forwarded emails, Arabic and English side by side — parsed into structured fields without a template per supplier.
Anything that doesn't match is queued with the reason attached, so the only invoices you touch are the ones needing a decision.
03 · ERP & CRM implementation
Sales, finance, HR and operations connected into a single ERP and CRM setup — built around how the business already works, not how the software wishes it did.
Historic data moves across in stages, with the old system live alongside until the new one is proven.
Handover includes the people. Everyone who touches the system is walked through their part before go-live.
04 · Custom AI & cloud projects
New AI platforms, full cloud migrations, secure and intelligent systems designed and scaled around the problem you actually have.
A working prototype against your own data comes first, so the decision to build is made on evidence rather than a deck.
Source, infrastructure and documentation are yours. You can keep us on, or run it yourself.
How we work
Every engagement runs the same way: understand the work first, build against it, deploy without stopping the business, then keep tuning.
Weeks 1–2
We read the workflows, systems and data you run today, and come back with where the hours actually go.
Build
We build against that map — ERP automation, a custom assistant, whatever the work turned out to need.
Rollout
It goes into your existing infrastructure in stages, with the current way still running until the new one is proven.
Ongoing
After launch we watch it, refine the rules and keep tuning. Handover is not where the engagement ends.
Integrations
Automation only pays off if it reaches the systems your team is already in. We connect to the mail, messaging, finance and cloud platforms you use — and build the bridge where an API doesn’t exist yet.
Testimonials
Four teams who handed us the work they had been doing by hand, and what changed on the other side of it.
“Baseerah transformed our operations by automating manual tasks and streamlining workflows. Scaling our business has never been this easy.”
Selected work
Four builds, four processes somebody used to run by hand. The figures are the ones the clients measured, not the ones we would have picked.

Document AI
Off-the-shelf OCR could not read Omani dialect documents accurately, so every batch came back needing correction by hand.
A fine-tuned OCR system trained on real and synthetic datasets, paired with a vision-language model for dialect-specific recognition.
85%less manual data entry
Questions
If the one you need isn’t here, ask it directly — a reply from someone who would work on it, not a brochure.
Ask us directlyThe discovery pass takes a week or two, and what follows it is a working prototype against your own data rather than a document. You are looking at something real, and deciding whether to build on it, inside the first month.
No — and in most engagements we don't. The systems you use are where your team already works, so the default is to automate around them and connect them to each other. Replacement only comes up when the existing tool is what's causing the problem.
In your infrastructure. Prototypes run against your data in your region, and what we build is deployed into your own cloud account — AWS, Azure or Google Cloud — not into a tenancy we control.
It is scoped after discovery, because the honest answer before that is a guess. What the discovery pass costs is fixed and known up front, and it ends with a scope and a price for the build — with no obligation to continue.
Source, infrastructure and documentation are yours, along with a runbook for the people who will operate it. Teams who want us to keep tuning it stay on a support arrangement; teams who want to run it themselves can, and that is a real option rather than a courtesy.
Yes. The team is based in Oman and much of the work is with businesses here, but engagements run remotely across the Gulf and beyond.

One conversation is usually enough to tell whether there is something worth automating in how your team works today. If there isn't, we'll say so.
